PimpMyOutfit is operated by CustomWare s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic. We provide AI-powered outfit styling, grading, and virtual try-on services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Account information: Email address and display name when you create an account.
• Personal photos and clothing images: Photos you upload of yourself and your clothing for AI styling, grading, and virtual try-on. These images may contain your likeness and are treated with the highest level of care.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with our service, including feature usage and session data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI outfit restyling, grading, and virtual try-on services.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve our AI models and service quality.
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates.

4. Protection of Personal Images

We understand that photos of yourself are sensitive personal data. Your uploaded images are:

• Processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested styling results.
• Stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Never shared with other users or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
• Deleted from our processing pipeline after your results are generated.
• Available for you to delete at any time from your account.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PimpMyOutfit:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: Hosting, CDN, and security. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Replicate: AI model inference for image processing. Images are processed transiently and not retained by Replicate after processing.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, including all uploaded images.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing of your data.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

7. Age Requirement

PimpMyOutfit is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images are retained according to your subscription plan storage limits and can be deleted at any time. When you delete your account, all associated personal data and images are permanently removed within 30 days.
