1. About the Service

PimpMyOutfit is an AI-powered outfit styling and virtual try-on service operated by CustomWare s.r.o., Czech Republic. The service allows you to upload photos, receive AI-generated outfit restyling, grading feedback, and virtual try-on previews.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PimpMyOutfit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

3. Intellectual Property

• Your uploads: You retain all rights to the photos and images you upload to PimpMyOutfit.
• Generated content: AI-generated restyled images and try-on results are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may share, post, or use these images freely.
• Service content: The PimpMyOutfit brand, interface, and underlying technology remain the property of CustomWare s.r.o.

4. Disclaimer

PimpMyOutfit is an entertainment and visualization tool. AI-generated styling suggestions and outfit grades are not professional fashion advice. Results are generated by AI and may not always reflect real-world appearance. Use the service at your own discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content.
• Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading imagery of other people without their consent.
• Upload images of minors for AI processing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the service.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Payments and Credits

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Credits included in your plan are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• One-time credit purchases are also non-refundable once credits have been used.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in permanent removal of your data and uploaded images.

8. Limitation of Liability

PimpMyOutfit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CustomWare s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
